Tasting note

The Iberian Presa Lomito is one of the noble pieces of the Iberian pig. It is made with meat from the upper part of the head, the very condition of the piece means that it has a great infiltration of fat, similar to that of ham, which gives it that peculiar, unmistakable grain, something that also gives it a more intense flavor. The rest is due to its artisanal marinade with natural spices and an extraordinary paprika from Candeleda (la Vera). After curing, the result is an elegant product with a delicately intense flavor and great permanence that the palate will not be able to forget.


Individually vacuum packed, weighing approximately 450 gr. the entire piece.
