Cured rib, also called oreada rib, made with cutting of select Iberian meats (Duroc pork rib), with natural ingredients and slow and natural healing. Its preparation in the traditional style gives it an intense flavor, ideal for cooking stews, but also for eating raw.

Ingredients: Fresh Duroc pork rib, paprika, salt, garlic and oregano.

Tasting note

Cured rib, tasty dried pork ribs, also called dry ribs from Duroc pigs, ideal to make with potatoes or add them to lentils or stew. These ribs, having removed part of their moisture in the baking room, have acquired a more intense and traditional flavor, which will make your dishes truly wonderful. They can be consumed cooked or raw.
