The Traditional Sausages from Embutidos Gómez are made with select meats and high-quality natural ingredients, such as the indigenous Candeleda paprika, of international prestige. The production process is essential to obtain traditional products “the usual way”, respecting the times in the marinating and maceration processes, and with slow and natural curing, in a traditional way. All of this gives intense aromas and flavors to our products, in addition to that extraordinary quality that only products made in a traditional way have.

Our Traditional Sausages

Our range of traditional sausages includes Pumpkin Morcilla, Chorizo Pumpkin Morcilla or Summer Morcilla, Pork Tasajo, Veal Tasajo, Venison Chorizo or Deer Chorizo, Iberian Zamarrilla and Cured Rib. All of them are traditional sausages from our region with that touch of extra quality that comes from making sausages in an artisanal and traditional way, in the traditional way, as our ancestors have taught us.
