Iberian Horseshoe Salchichón made from cutting select Iberian meats, with natural ingredients and with slow, natural curing. Artisanal preparation of extra-fine minced salchichón seasoned with oregano, salt and just the right amount of pepper, resulting in a salchichón with an intense, unique aroma and flavor, with the extra quality that distinguishes traditionally made sausages.

Tasting note

Iberian Horseshoe Salchichón with a tender touch of pepper that gives an intense aroma to the extra-fine mince of the salchichón, also seasoned with salt and oregano. A wide range of reddish and purple tones can be seen that reflect a brilliant coloration that will cause an extraordinary tasting experience, a perfect coordination of the meat to the exact point of pepper and oregano.
