Sheep cheeses: Tradition and Quality

The Sheep Cheese from Embutidos Gómez They are products made with raw sheep's milk, made in a totally natural process without adding preservatives. The milk used to make our sheep cheeses comes from farms and cooperatives in our area that comply with all health regulations. We offer two cheeses, Aged Cheese and Manteca Sheep Cheese.

Aged Sheep Cheese and Butter Sheep Cheese

Our range of products includes two cheeses, Queso Añejo with a minimum curing of 12 months and Manteca sheep cheese with a minimum curing of 16 months. All of them with an exquisite flavor resulting from their traditional production of the highest quality.
