Semi-cured Loin made with fresh fatty white pork loin with artisanal marinade, taking care of the maceration in detail and with a slow and natural healing. Delicate flavor, soft aroma and excellent saltiness, with the special touch that the native Candeleda paprika gives it.

Ingredients: Fresh pork loin, paprika, salt, garlic and oregano.

Tasting note

The Semi-Cured Loin is characterized by an artisanal curing without casing. Strong pinkish color, subtle and intense in the tones of fat infiltration. Its soft aroma and excellent saltiness stand out, as well as a delicate flavor with a touch of paprika from Candeleda (La Vera).


Individually vacuum packed in blocks or whole pieces, with an approximate weight of 2,150 g for the whole piece and 430 g for the block.
