Cular Iberian Salchichón made from cutting select Iberian meats, with natural ingredients and slow and natural curing. Traditional preparation of extra-fine minced sausage seasoned with a light touch of pepper, oregano and salt, which provide an intense, unique aroma and flavor, with the extra quality that distinguishes artisanal sausages.

Tasting note

Cular Iberian Salchichón with a tender touch of pepper that gives an intense aroma to the extra-fine mince of the salchichón, also seasoned with salt and oregano. A wide range of reddish and purple tones can be seen that reflect a brilliant coloration that will cause an extraordinary tasting experience, a perfect coordination of the meat to the exact point of pepper and oregano.


Individually vacuum packed with an approximate weight of 1000 g for the whole piece, 500 g for half a piece.
