The Cabecero de Lomo from Embutidos Gómez is characterized by an intense and prolonged flavor on the palate. It is a piece of great juiciness, its exceptional veining, expertly distributed throughout the reddish meat, provides different nuances, and the light touch of Candeleda paprika (La Vera) gives it an exquisite touch, capable of conquering any palate.
Presentation
Individually vacuum packed in halves or whole, with an approximate weight of 850 g for the whole piece and 350 g for the block.
