Tasting note

The Caña de Lomo, or stuffed loin, is characterized by a faint, subtle and intense meat color in the tones of fat infiltration. Very consistent texture in which notes of juiciness and chewiness predominate. Pleasant aroma and excellent saltiness, delicate flavor with a touch of paprika from Candeleda (la Vera).

Presentation

Individually vacuum packed in blocks or whole pieces, with an approximate weight of 1,200 g for the whole piece and 400 g for the block.
