Cured rib, tasty dried pork ribs, also called dry ribs from Duroc pigs, ideal to make with potatoes or add them to lentils or stew.<\/strong> These ribs, having removed part of their moisture in the baking room, have acquired a more intense and traditional flavor, which will make your dishes truly wonderful. They can be consumed cooked or raw.<\/p>\n
