Cheese made with raw sheep's milk, made in a completely natural process without adding preservatives. The milk used to make our sheep cheeses comes from farms and cooperatives in our area that comply with all health regulations. Minimum cure of 16 months.

Tasting note

Being covered in lard preserves the natural fat of the cheese and gives it a strong and juicy flavor, with great aroma. Its color is intense ivory yellow.


The presentation of aged sheep cheese is a whole piece weighing approx. of 3 kg, it can be vacuum packed (in packaging suitable for the food industry) or unpackaged.
