Aroma and flavor very similar to Extremadura chorizo, but with meat from more noble areas of the pig. Very balanced, intense and juicy taste. Excellent combination of meats and spices with the special touch of La Vera paprika

The presentation of the acorn-fed Iberian pork morcón can be vacuum packed (in containers suitable for the food industry) or in vacuum halves.

Packaging

The specifications of the cartons of our products preserve the quality and taste of the product. The morcón pieces have an approximate weight of 800 gr.
